IC: 

Physical Contact: Itachi is a very closed off and removed character. In his younger years, he might not have minded it, but he has attempted to throw away all of his humanity for his goals to save the village and his brother. If this is post his death, it shifts more to being awkward and more of an avoidance of contact than a dislike.
Kissing:

Unless you have a REALLY strong CR or background with him (or an excellent reason), he is unlikely to kiss anyone.
Romance: It would take quite a bit of pushing, understanding, and CR unless you are someone special to him. Not impossible, but there would need to be a lot of chemistry there.
Fighting/Injury: He is a ninja and one of the best.... he can and will fight for his own goals. He is also sick and can be hurt. I have no objections to him getting hurt, but I prefer to keep him alive. In any case, if you want to hurt, maim or kill him, please contact me and we'll talk about it.
Triggers: Itachi has a hard time thinking about war and death, not that you would notice physically. He keeps to himself. If anything he is very protective of what he believes in, but most of the results of this trigger would be internal.
Mind Reading: I'm not absolutely against it, but please ask.

Backtagging: Definitely! I don't throw him out much, so I put up a list of where so you can easily find it and use it.
Fourthwalling: I'd rather not, but I know some characters do that... so, if you have one of those characters, I am open to see how it goes.
